Located in the New Weave Building of Historic Savage Mill. Bead Soup is a very whimsical store that has a little bit of everything. One of a kind items include acrylic components by Yvonne Irvin of MyElements, BeadMeAStory boasts one of a kind jumprings for flexible chain maille, flexible bugle kits and lots of earring components. There are also plenty of Japanese seed beads that range in size from 15/0 to 6/0's, beads sold one by one, Delicas, Swarovski crystals and many different types of findings.
Many local artists are featured in the store with items that include needle felting, bead crochet and glass pendants.
There is a beading area located right in front of Bead Soup that allows you to work on projects. Bring your beads with you or find supplies inside the store to start something new. There are experienced beaders there to help with use of tools, beading boards and knowledge of beads to lend a hand. |
