Double Twirl Earrings
These cute little earrings work up very quickly. You can use any size base bead as long as you can keep the brick stitch around the bead even. Of course, having them a little bigger is easier. The ones shown in the picture are ovals.
This project is perfect for any skill level. Supplies needle are your base beads, size 11/0 seed beads for the brick stitch and two different size 15/0 for the twirl, ear wires of your choice, beading thread and a beading needle. All of our samples are made with Miyuki seed beads so we have not experiment with other brands of beads so we are not sure of the outcome. We used 6lb Fireline for our samples and a size 12 beading needle but are confident that you can make substitutions.
